Identify and Report Quantiphi Forecast Import Issues INF-12228

Story 1

As a support user, I would like access to robust, per-store, logging when a forecast import fails. This will help me to understand when a forecast import fails and why.

Details

There are occasions where new forecast files are not loaded in InForm. This could be for any number of reasons. The initial request is to expand on the existing logging to include more detail when a forecast import file is not picked up.

Story 2

As an admin, I would like to be notified when a forecast file does not successfully load into the InForm for a specific store and why. This will help me to know when I need to resubmit a forecast.

Details

This is a bit TBD. CFA has requested an email when a failure happens. It may make more sense to include these failures in a UI update or to create an export.
