2020.R3(S5): Location Import does not insert Parishables Short name into tbVendorShortName

Description: According to CFAMX-9329, when I import a new short name associated with a vendor, it should get inserted into tbVendorShort so that my distributor is associated with the distribution center. We need to check and see if this is a requirement for Parishables?

Build: CFA - 20.3.0.3276
Environment: JAT
Store: Corporate
Date: 2020-06-02

1. Make sure that the store is not already associated with parishables and that the PFS-ATL short name does not exist.
2. Import a Location import with a store number that is in the parishables list in the new XSLT.

Results: Parishables vendor (82) is not associated with PFS-ATL , but PFS-ATL was created and the store was associated to it.

Expected: The Short Name for hte Distribution Center should be associated with the correct Vendor in tbVendorShortName
