Story
As a user, I would like to be able to filter my inventory counts by their last counted date. This will help me to review those items that I may need to order more or less frequently.
Wireframe
Additional Notes
The current default for never counted items is to filter them out when the user decides to view items that have not been counted over the past 30 days. This should persist and be expanded to Items not Counted 14 Days and Items not counted since.
UAC
Confirm
- The filter dropdown is updated in all inventory count types to include the following options:
- "All Items" - This is the default and current functionality. This option sets the items list to “All”.
- "Items Not Counted for 14 Days" - This option filters out inventory items that have been counted within the past 14 days
- "Items Not Counted for 30 Days' - This option filters out inventory items that have been counted within the past 30 days.
- Note: The number for this filter, currently set at 30, is pulled from configuration (Mobile > Counting > Days since item was last counted)
- "Items Not Counted Since " This option opens a control that allows the user to select a date in the past from today which filters out inventory items that have been counted during the selected range.
- Control info: Let's use a single date selection control. When this filter is selected, the user is presented with a calendar that has "Cancel" and "Apply" buttons as well as a close "X". Apply is disabled until a date is selected. Users can not select future dates but they can select "today's" date and any date before. When they click apply, the list is filtered to exclude those items that have been counted from the date selected to "Today".
- The Filter dropdown should be titled with the selected filter option.
- For reference, there are more detailed UAC in
CFAMX-10662. All that needs to be confirmed in this ticket is that the buttons include labels. It is expected that there will be misaligned buttons and dropdowns in certain resolutions once the work in this ticket is complete
- For reference, there are more detailed UAC in
- The filter returns to the default state, All Items, when when the user navigates away from or refreshes the page.
