2020.R3 Workflow - Day can be finalized without completing Transfers Task

Sorry for the 11th hour bug or non-bug. Need to investigate.
Description:
The transfers task does not stop the Finalize Day from completing which means the day does not roll over to the next day, after Finalize Day has completed
Store: Denton towne Crossing
Browser: Chrome
Build: JAT build #3311
Steps
1. Open Store and click on Workflow
2. Complete all the tasks with required steps Except Transfers
3. Finalize Day
Results: All tasks are complete except Transfers and day is finalized, but remains on current workflow. No message about completing workflow tasks were displayed (CFAMX-10319)

Expected: Prompt for the transfers W/F task to be complete.
