CLONE 2020R3 - MMS workflow - Paid In/Out task does turn green after its completion

MMS workflow - Paid In/Out task does turn green after its completion.
In 2020R3 Closing Change fund task in the workflow was moved to be after Paid In/Out and Cashier Settlement tasks.
Paid In/Out task should auto complete if there is no data or data is in complete form. It appears, however, that it still waits for Closing Change fund task to be complete to turn green.
Paid In/Out task doesn't have any dependencies in the workflow setup.
