CLONE 2020R3 - MXC Finalize Day - Display $0.00 CFA Tax and 3rd Part Tax when no shifts are settled

Scenario - Create sales on lab store feed 01639 for July 9 and do not settle any shifts.

Defect -  Third Party Tax and CFA Tax are  displayed on Finalize Day before any Shifts are settled. 

Would it be possible to not display these values when no shifts are settled. For example  if n Gross Sales on Finalize Day in the Net Sales section = $0.00 display $0.00 for CFA Tax and 3P Tax.

Note:  It appears that stores that don't use the 3P Tax  display $0 as normal because the calculation is different. 

When CFATax = Total Tax - 3P Tax we will always see the to values above which are correct but can be a little misleading.
