 Unable to use decimals when adjusting Safety Stock - Item Maintenance

Users are unable to input a decimal value in Safety Stock adjustments from the Item Maintenance tab.
This issue seems to have started after the recent inform update.

Example - Navigate to Item Maintenance > search for Mini Yeast Rolls (used as an example - all items appear to be affected) > expand the Safety Stock window > enter 2.75 > inform "changes" the value to 275.

As a workaround, users ARE able to input decimal values for Safety Stock from Maintain Inventory Items tab
