Root cause - Reason:Code defect
I just wanted to update you both on the DLPS issue that's still occurring since the InFORM 2.1 release on Sunday night.
Since the 2.1 release, we've been experiencing issues with restaurants having blank or white LEAN screens, while attempting to pull up LEAN through out the day.
This is affecting both Chutes and Breading LEAN profiles.
In most cases, clearing the cache and reloading the LEAN profile has been resolving the issue. However, this step is not resolving all issues.
A lot of restaurants are still experiencing the blank or white screen after clearing cache, and even after taking extensive steps as far as deleting the LEAN profiles, and re-adding them.
Also, it appears it's affecting iOS Versions as well. The newer iOS versions appear to support the update better than older iOS versions-However, both new and old iOS versions both work and do not work.
So far, the PRB ticket has 60 incidents attached to it since Monday, and calls and Self- Service tickets are still coming in.
We need to rollback the fix that was put into 2020R2.
