Browser: Chrome
Description: Forecast API Error Message for unconfigured Store incorrect

Steps:
1. Login to VPN and naviagate to http://api.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/swagger/ui/index#!/Forecasting/Forecasting_PostRegenerateForStoreOnDate
2. Enter valus for a request
Ex.

{ "storeNumber": "9999", "applyDate": "09-27-2020", "overwriteManagerEdits": true }

3. Enter access token in the Authorization field (NOTE: Bearer <TOKEN>)

Expected Result:
Expected message is "Store not found."

Actual Result:
Getting message "User does not have access to specified store."
