CLONE 2020R4 - Able to Request Forecast Past the Allowed Limit

Environment: JAT (NOTE: API is not available in testing)
Build: CFA - 21.1.0.3621
Browser: Chrome
Description: Able to Request Forecast Past the Allowed Limit

Steps:
1. Login to VPN and naviagate to http://api.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/swagger/ui/index#!/Forecasting/Forecasting_PostRegenerateForStoreOnDate
2. Enter valus for a request
Ex.

3. Enter access token in the Authorization field (NOTE: Bearer <TOKEN>)

Expected Result:
User should receive error "Requested date past the allowed limit."

Actual Result:
API Call is being sent successfully
