2021.R1(S2): Removed store from "Import UPT Quantity" Zone, but UPT factor will not update when item counted

Description
For testing the Recalc UPT on Stock Count, I used a 902 St. John's that was not in the "Import UPT Quantity" Zone and 01580 Castle Rock that was in the UPT import Zone. I then moved store Castle Rock out of the zone through zone manager. I configured all the count types to calculate UPT when the Stock count is applied. I applied the Spot, Daily and Weekly Counts and saw the UPT values update to 0.

Envrionment = JAT
Store = 01640 St. John's Entity = 902

Steps
1. Navigate to store and URL
2. search for 'Honey, Packets'
3. Count 10000 items
4. Apply count

Results: the UPT Qty updated to 0
Expected: UPT Qty to update to correct value
