MMS - Configuration Manager - Mobile>>Admin: Max Processing Time Hours allows for values > 99

      Description

      Scenario : Log in to MMS in testing , Click Operations tab, Click Setup, Click Configuration Manager, Click Mobile, Click Administration, Scroll down, Enter 1000 for 'Max Processing Time Hours' , checkbox becomes checked, Click Update All. 

      Defect - Per requirement - the entry should allow for a value from 0-99, yet this value is saved.
