2021.R1(S3): COH - Counting an item in one Travel Path automatically counts 0 for all other TP associated with item

Description - This issue exists in 2020.R3 with the introduction of "Real Time" counting in the Order, but is exposed now, because of moving and adding new travel paths to an item.

Steps
1. Create an order
2. Count an item in the order with multiple travel paths, but only count one path without populating any of the other travel paths.

Results: The travel paths that you haven't counted, get counted as 0, which is a valid count.

Expected: The other travel paths should not be counted as 0
