CFA Item Maintenance download doesn't function properly in IE

      Description

      CFA Item Maintenance download doesn't function properly in IE. Tested with 02693 and 01640 stores and file appears to be created with the following title 'ItemDetails_02693_invalid date'. As a result, the file doesn't have a csv extension.
