issues with LCE batch sizes and significant chicken wasted

Unit 04191 is experiencing issues with LCE batch sizes and significant chicken waste from chicken timing out. They advised the issue doesn't seem to be with the sales forecast overall, but on the sales mix on certain menu items, particularly Grilled Nuggets.

CFA is stating that the LEAN numbers are causing them to way over-produce the quantities and they are having actual large buckets of wasted food they are throwing out. So basically the “ask” is to help dig into the times/items specified and see if there is anything that can be done to improve LEAN numbers,or see if there is something mis-configured that is causing the over-production.
