      Story

      As a user, I would like to have workflow menu date picker have a cog icon with a workflow action option to Roll back the workflow.

      1. The workflow menu has a cog icon with a option to 'Rollback'.
      2. The rollback option shows a dialog requesting a reason for the rollback.
        1. ...
      3. The option is not visible if there are no workflow tasks for the day
      4. The option is not visible if the workflow is a future workflow.
      5. The option is not visible if the user does not have permissions to do a full rollback.
