      Story

      As an admin, I would like to be able to upload a translated version of an auto-notification. This will allow me to choose the language of these emails.

      Details

      Eventually, we will want a UI that allows users to enter translated text for auto-notifications, however, it makes sense to create this UI in the new M2 site. In the meantime, we should do the back end work and be able to insert a translated custom auto notification so that if CFA provides us with these we have a method to use them.

      1. The back end work is completed that allows the user to switch between supported languages for custom auto notifications sent to the store user.
      2. The process to upload these translated auto notifications is documented including:
        1. required format
        2. a sample upload document
      3. Default text for all untranslated fields is the user entered notification text with the preface of the user selected language. For example in an untranslated subject where the user has selected Spanish:
        1. Subject Text = "Spanish - %Untranslated Subject Text%"
