TESTING - INF-10537 - COH - Multiple Users - COH Modal should disappear once message displays that another user has placed order

Scenario: Multiple users: When one user has placed an order, the other user receives a message that another user has placed the order while attempting to Correct On Hand (COH).

Reproduction Steps:

User # 1
Create/Add Order/Confirm
Order in Draft (notate Transaction #)
Click All Items filter
Select Items in Order
0 out items with qty
Click Items in Order
Select Items not Suggested
enter qty for first item
Click Items not Suggested Filter
Select Suggested Items
scroll to find Breakfast Filets
Click item
Click COH
Enter count and save

User # 2
Clicks View to view Draft Order in Progress
make sure the same Transaction # appears in browser
Search for Breakfast Filets
click item
Click COH
View items already counted

User # 1
Actions>Place Order

User # 2
Sees message display that this order has been placed by another user

Expected Results:
COH Modal should disappear once message displays

Actual Results:
User # 2
User is able to update COH Modal as it remains open
