Add validation for the new fields in the Entity Item Import

      Description

      • Null means no Min/Max values? If no value, don't update the DB field
      • Can it be unset on the MMS screen through the import?
      • How do we handle the optional field?
      • Consider a later story for deleting the Min/Max for values that are set
      • Do we need a story to reset all Min/Max to NULL?
      • Beware that if you use the Wizard UI, and skip the field, the value is updated to 0.
      • CFA is focused on the Maximum value. Can the Min value be NULL, but the Max value be set?
      • Are Min/Max whole numbers?
