2021.R2(S2): Manage Events - Cannot add Event for Today when store HAS Forecast Data

I changed over the automation store for testing Manage Events to a store that actually has imported forecasts. Now, I can't save an event for the current day.

Was this ever possible before or did you have to create an event for the future date?

Ex. If you use St. John's, you can create an event for today. If you use Avalon, you can't create an event for today.

Steps

1. Log in as Systemadmin
2. Navigate to Store 03700 - Avalon
3. Navigate to https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Forecasting/ManageEvents
4. Click Add Event
5. (Observe) The Add New Event Pop-up opens for Wed, Jan 27, 2021
6. Click The bottom most choice Add New Event
7. Click Next
8. Type in any Event Name - Ex. Test Events
9. Click the Enter Adjustments button and enter 20%
10. Click Save

Notice
1. You can save without making any adjustments!
Results If you do enter an adjustment and Save, the event does not appear on the Calendar

Expected Either you should not be able to enter an adjustment at all for current day or you should be able to see the adjustment that you created for today.
