CFA EOM Web Service error

 Started around 6:05pm est on 2/27 when accessing EOM page 

Looking at the error message in the email from Saturday night, this is our audit log, based on the response that the CFA EOM Web Service was sending back to us.

 
The End Of Month webservice failed for store: 00241 - Southpark Mall (IL)
 for URI: https://ext.services.cfahome.com/eom-api/v1/survey/refills
 User name: ethan.hodges1

Can we look into this error to try and figure out what was causing this?
