Closed EOM locations for all of February but
When using the Inform EOM application they are prompted to input Daily Sales, which there are none. Additionally, there are no workflows open for any business days which would typically allow them to finalize all days with 0's and submit their EOM packages. In this instance they are receiving "The workflow instance for this day is not started. Please complete the previous workflows to continue."
CFA is wanting to allow the locations to complete their package without any daily sales info since there is none and the locations have been closed for the entire month. Some of those stores have reverted back to the legacy app in order to submit the package without delay. Can this be resolved on a chain-wide level?
