2021.R3: M2 Order History - Some of elements do not render like expected

Navigate to the M2 order history page on an iPad & Desktop and observe that several elements such as the date drop-down and the date picker modal are either misaligned or do not display on the iPad.

Environment:
1. JAT
2. URL: https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/m2/Inventory/Order/History
3. Store = 02693

Steps
1. Navigate to environment and URL
Results: Page does not render correctly anymore. Not sure what happened
Expected: To see the order history data to display on the grid like the MxConnect Order History page and the components such as Date picker and drop-downs to be rendered.
