As a user, I would like to be able to select and deselect all search results in bulk.
Details
Add a "Select All" labeled checkbox above the search results.
Acceptance Criteria
- Using the "Select All" check box, the user should has the ability to select and deselect all search results in bulk.
- The default for the check box is deselected.
