In R3, Rounding is not being deducted from the cashier "Cash Over/Short" as it should be.

Expected Result

When a store is configured to subtract rounding values from the Total Tendered and cashier Cash Over/Short, these rounding values are subtracted successfully. This is the case in Staging (R2)

03946 - East Dothan FSU Staging (R2) Server Store

Actual Result

Stores that are configured to subtract rounding in Testing (R3) are not working this way. Rounding data is subtracted from the Total Tendered but the rounding values are not subtracted from the cashier Cash Over/Short.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a store in Testing (R3) to subtract rounding data. See: 01613 - Hattiesburg FSU
2. Add a rounding value to the data for a cahier. See: Rebekah Lawless in screenshot above.
3. Observe the "Cash Over/Short" value for that same cashier.
4. Configure a store in Staging (R2) to subtract rounding data. See: 03946 - East Dothan FSU
5. Add a rounding value to the data for a cahier. See: Rebekah Lawless in screenshot above.
6. Observe the cashier "Cash Over/Short" value for that same cashier.
