Use SalesMainDetailList to create a DataSet object, and then send this to the Sales Queue

      Description

      The SalesMainDetailList currently has a 'ToDataSet' method. We can use this to create a DataSet object.

      We then need to push this on the Sales Queue using the MessageSend utility.
