We need to process the "OrderLines" collection in the JSON for the transaction, add them to the SalesMainDetailList collection.
Each "OrderLine" contains an "EventId". We'll need to process these in a similar fashion to how Radiant currently processes these. See RadiantTransactionRecords->GetSalesTransactionRecord
