Food Donation Page allows submit button to be clicked more than once

Description

Duplicate food donation can be entered in the system because the food donation page allows the submit button to be clicked more than once.

Environment : PROD
Store : All stores

Steps

1. Navigate to https://inform.cfahome.com/mms_logon.aspx?bypass_sso=true (in Chrome)
Select F12 Throttle down to 3GSlow for network

2.Go to Mobile --> Select a Food Donation store

3. Food Donation Page - Select Food Donation page

4. Add A food Donation amount and click Submit twice

Results : Both click of the submit button creates a record in the food donation table

Expected : First click of the Submit button cause the button to be unavailable to click again
