UnActive Notification in MMS - Audit Log does not display a message

Testing Environment Details

• Environment: Testing
• Store(s): 00440
• Logged in User:
  • Username: charles.wheeler

• Feature: AutoNotifications and Audit Logging
• Related Tickets (Stories or Features): CFAMX-15310
• Other Related Links (Confluence, BRDs, Etc...): N/A
• Feature Configurations: N/A

Expected Result

Login to MXC and select store 00440 

Navigate to Settings>>Store  Settings >>Notifications

The language box is 'blank' 

Login to MMS and navigate to https://informtesting.cfahome.com/MMS_Admin_AutoNotify.aspx?MenuCustomItemID=171

Select Group All

Select DI-MCLANE Order Sent

Notice Language is NOT SET

Notice the ACTIVE check box is NOT checked

Log back in to MXC

Select Store 00440 and Create an order for MCLANE

No Auto Notification is sent 

EXPECTED: Audit Log mentioning that there is no Auto Notification set up

Actual Result

Audit Log is not clear for AuditLogID 184548 in the tbAuditLog table but there is one that mentions it fails to 

Pausing on creating this now that I know the process of how it will be deployed and the Override being selected
