[CFAMX-1600] Sumo Logic - Load Test Automation - Harvest Data from SUMO for Analysis - HotSchedules JIRA

As a load tester, I would like to automate the gathering of metrics from SUMO so that I can build my report automatically.

Notes

Corey Amend has an existing process that extracts metrics from SUMO (called StatsExtractor, it's in the Tools repo https://bitbucket.org/CFAInform/tools/src/master/StatsExtractor/). This will have to be modified to pull data based on a specified date and time window
Corey Amend will share the destination where these metrics should automatically be written to (a database that currently resides on his machine but will have to be migrated to the Sandbox)

Acceptance Criteria

**This process needs to take as inputs a start and end date and time window
The specified data should successfully be written to the SQL database
Please provide scripts to retrieve data so that it can be compared for validation
Should be built in such a way so that it can be called from an automation framework
Errors should be thrown that can be caught by the framework with enough detail so that they can be meaningfully acted on.
This process should accept accesskey/secret credentials
