TESTING - Sales Item Events - Day Totals checked for DayPart Edits - INF-11723

When user edits a sales item event from daypart to full day, user has to uncheck the Day Totals to remove the checks for the daypart, then re-check the Day Totals for a full day selection.

Reproduction Steps:
Create a SIE and select two day parts
From the calendar
Edit the Sales Item Event created above
Click Edit Event
Click TimePeriod
Uncheck Day Totals to remove daypart checks
then re-check Day Totals for full day

Expected Results:
Day Totals should not be check for day part adjustments

Actual Results:
Day Totals is checked causing user to uncheck then recheck to change to full day adjustment
