CLONE - 2019R1 - Month Period - A Flash of the current month in the title header when user select Monthly Count link-Attach Video

When the user clicks on Monthly Count link, the Monthly Count page displays but flashes the current Month Period before displaying the correct Month Period in header.

Any Store
Click Inv Counts
Monthly counts link

Expected Results:
Display the Month Period immediately

Actual Results:
Flash of current month period in header before displaying the correct Month Period in header
