Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxConnect
2. Click on User Icon on top right-hand corner
3. Click Settings
4. Set the Daily Sales Report sent at Finalize Day Toggle to OFF
5. Complete Workflow Tasks
6. Finalize the Day

Expected Result
Entry Should be Created in Database with the Title Notification was not sent.

Actual Result:
Getting an Error function: SendAutoNotificationByNoticeTypeAndTask
