As a developer, I would like to if min/max columns are in use or not in tbEntityItem. If they are not in use we should remove those columns.

- Create a schema change to remove the columns and rollback script
- Make sure removing all the references to these columns: sps, functions, models etc..
- Make sure running the refreshwithprompt against to entire inform code and get a successful build.
