1. Login to M2
2. Click on Navigation Menu
3. Expand any section
4. Hover on Expanded Section
5. Click Add New Items button

Expected Result
Mouse should be turn into Pointer Finger and remain so through the entirety of the Navigation Menu

Actual Result
Pointer Finger turns into Cursor when expanding a section in the Navigation Menu and hovering Over it
