item Allocations Page - iPad Portrait View cutting off date under Allocation Details

When user views the Item Allocations page, the date is cut off in Portrait View on the iPad.

Reproduction Steps:
login to an iPAD then InFORM
Navigate to Administration
Click Item Allocation
Enter store 02693
select the store
Enter

Expected Results:
Allocation Details panel should extend for data to fit the screen correctly 

Actual Results:
Allocation Details panel displays
Date is cut off
