Story
As a store receiving a transfer, I would like to know the user that completed the delivery checks and approved the transfer.

Confirm at the Receiving Store in Transfer History
- Received Transfers include a button labeled "View Delivery Checks". The icon in the button will be on the left as that is the new standard
- When the user clicks this button the completed "Delivery Checks" opens.
- Within the modal the completed temp and cross contamination checks display
- The "Delivery Checks Confirmed By" section includes the FIRST and LAST name of the user who received the open transfer.
- The "Delivery Checks Completed On" section includes the timestamp of when the transfer was received.
