Load Test Automation - Execute Load Tests on Flood.io

As a Load Test Runner, I want to be able to kick off Load Tests on Flood.io.

Notes

• The expectation for this story is that the frameworks should be able to execute an already existing flood in Flood.io.
• The user should be able to select which flood to run during the configuration of the load test run in the framework.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Should take as parameters credentials for Flood.io and a named set of Load Tests to execute
2. Should verify that Load Test started successfully
3. Should verify that error rate is < 50% (configurable)
4. Should return Load Test completion status to the Load Test Framework
5. Needs to be configurable for the number and type of nodes/servers to use
