Create dynamic permission and routing for the "Customer" section.
New Config
"Operations > Configuration Manager > Mobile > Mobile2 > Enable Mobile2 Customers"

- With the new config listed above turned on, the Customers section in M2 routes to Mobile2 pages.
- With the config off, the Customer section routes to MxC.
