      1. A date picker that allows the user to select a start and end date
      2. A dropdown filter. Labels:
        1. Not Downloaded default
        2. All Downloads
        3. A "Refresh" button
      3. An sortable, searchable grid with the following columns:
        1. Reports
        2. Title
        3. Generated Date
        4. Status
        5. Size
      4. There is no warning message about not finding downloads. This is a change from MxC.
      5. The grid defaults with the column headers visible. This is a change from MxC.
