As a user, I would like the Create Orders page to include the basic UI elements.

- A searchable, sortable grid. Labels:
- Distributor
- Order #
- Order Date
- Delivery Date
- Cover Until Date
- Status
- The last column of the grid does not have a header as this will be were the "View" button will live for the created orders.
- A dropdown Defaulted to the "Last 14 Days" that also includes a "Custom Range" option that opens a date picket with a start and end date.
- An "Add Order" button.
The "Scheduled Orders" tab will come later.
