M2 - Work flow - Pin setting not held after logout and log back in

Scenario - MXC current functionality is that the PIN state is maintained after logout and login. The pin state is not maintained when using M2

Steps to recreate:

1. Login to MXC M2 using Chrome and abbey.woudstra1/password
2. Click the Work Flow Icon
3. Click the Pin icon to the right of the date picker. Pin will now be in a 'pinned' state
4. Logout and then log back in. No need to close the browser

Expected result:

Maintain the pinned state as we do in non M2

Actual result:

The pin is reverted back to the 'non-pinned' stated on login every time.
