      Missing "No records to display" message when no adjustments available

       Environment Details

      Affected Server: M2
      Store(s): Any
      Logged in User: sharon.madihlaba

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to Mobile
      2. Navigate to Customers > Customer Management
      3. Click on the edit icon on customer with no adjustments
      4. Click on Credit Management

      Expected Result:

      "No records to display" message to be displayed

      Actual Result:

      An empty table is displayed
