EOM - Labor/Wages transferrable for all Multi-unit CFA Operators including DFLs

      Description

      Request from CFA

      The request: Ensure CFA concepts and DFLs have the ability to transfer Labor/Wages to each other as long as the Operator operates both locations.

      This Change will be to the Expenses to be Transferred section of EOM. Currently DFL s only have the ability to transfer to other DFL concept stores. Many of these Operators operate both DFLs and FSR Chick-fil-As.

      • This change will only affect the Labor/Wages category
      • All CFA concepts can transfer labor/wages to other CFA concepts IF belonging to the same Operator
      • STC brands (70###) can ONLY transfer to other STC Branded locations (this logic has already been implemented)
      • Only multi Restaurant Operator locations can transfer to each other

      single unit Operators cannot transfer wages.
