Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://m.informtesting.cfahome.com/m2 URL 
2. Click on Administration on the left side panel 
3. Click on Help Desk Scripts

Expected Result
To see the Help Desk scripts page as in MXC.

Actual Result
We are currently seeing a blank white page with "Help desk!" on top.
