M2 Bug - Collection of Customer Sales Defects

Defect Details:

We are creating this defect for all Customer Sales related defects

1) iPad ONLY - Customer drop-down spans across Customer Balance

2) iPad ONLY - Data does not load after selecting a customer

3) Dropdown width needs to be fixed and tested on the collected sales page as well as test page

4) Tickbox selection not updating values on grids when slip payment customer is  added

5) Customer grid value should display N/A when filter selection is 'Applied invoices Only' or 'All Invoices' even when a value in the invoice grid is updated

6) When splitting a payment and adding a second customer the values on all grids are not updating correctly when checking the checkbox or when changing the applied amount
