Root Cause:adding some logging to get more information
CFA reported on Friday at 10:59 PM that Mobile is loading to a {"Message":""} error across the entire chain.
Then at 11:19 PM they put an update that It appears that it has self-resolved to some degree
Can you check what happened and why they see this issue on their side?
I tried to replicate the issue on IE but couldn't get the same error, I tried in Chrome and I received this {"Message":""} error just one time then it worked fine.
