CLONE 2022R4 Patchback- EOM: Duplicate Inventory data after mark end

I have been investigating an issue where inventory data is still being sent again after the monthly business period has been closed. We are seeing approximately 5-10 of these monthly. This second transmission creates duplicates on our end. All data should be sent during the submission processed. The 'mark-month-end' should be the last endpoint referenced, and data sent. This works perfectly for 95% of all stores. Please investigate how/why inventory data is being transmitted again after the submission for particular stores. I have included logs that detail inventory data being sent post business period being closed/marked. There are 3 examples of locations sending data post 'mark-month-end'. I have included 1 example of how it should appear (00599) correctly for reference.
