      Story

      As a DFL location operator, I would like to be able to transfer wages to and from DFL locations I am assigned to.

      Details

      We recently updated the store hierarchy so that operators could share DFL locations.

      We now need to allow those operators to transfer Labor/Wages between the DFL stores they are assigned to. This is for the "Expenses to be Transferred" section of EOM.

      Currently, multi-unit Operators can transfer wages and expenses between standard locations they are assigned to. This update should extend that same functionality to Operators who are assigned to standard locations and DFL locations.

      1. Operators can transfer Labor/Wages to and from DFL and standard locations to which they are assigned.
        1. When the Operator selects "Labor/Wages" in the "Expenses to be Transferred" section they can search and find all stores they are assigned to.
          1. This includes finding DFL stores from standard CFA sites and standard sites from DFL stores.
      2. Operators can not transfer to and from standard or DFL and Dwarf House locations. (current functionality)
      3. This feature functions with the same requirements as the current functionality. The specific difference is that DFL stores are now a transfer option.
