Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to M2
2. Switch to store 00442 - College Mall
3. Open Workflow and click TBC Sales (Workflow should be on latest Open Business Day)
4. Click the right-arrow on the workflow to move to the next Business Day

Expected Result
User should not receive a warning to review the Customer Sale record (Should only appear for unassigned accounts)

Actual Result
Customer Sale Popup should only display when an Unassigned TBC Record appears on a Previous Finalized Day
